REPAIR TAPE, CLEANER & PRIMER  

For use on virtually all roofs, RoofSeal features a UV stable backing that is available in Black, Gray, Tan and White. With the exception of surface prep, RoofSeal is a one-step permanent repair system for virtually all roof types, and roof accessories. RoofSeal creates a waterproof, moisture, and air tight barrier with no additional sealing required.  RoofSeal bonds to a wide range of surfaces including difficult roof materials such as EPDM, TPO, aged PVC, SBS, APP modifieds, asphalt BURs, coal tar BURs, all metal roofs, tiles, shingle, aluminum, galvanized steel, gypsum board, wood, polyethylene, propylene, polystyrene, fiberglass, brick, concrete, masonry, OSB, etc. 

For surface prep, EternaClean spray helps release grime, oil, grease, and oxidations before tape application.   EternaPrime® is an adhesive and surface conditioner intended to aid adhesion of repair tapes. Use EternaPrime® when surfaces to be bonded are very dirty (oxidized and cannot be easily cleaned), or dusty (like on a tar and gravel roof). EternaPrime® will prepare the surface by coalescing all loose particles into a solid platform for the tape to adhere to.

DRAINS/RETROFIT 

If your structure has a flat roof you will need a flat roof drain. This type of drain could be installed on a flat or almost flat roof with less than a 2% slope. The drain will be connected to rain gutters and will help divert the water away from the structure. FLEXIBLE SEAL™

A long lasting primerless, paintable, Kraton G® block copolymer based, elastomeric sealant. When used as directed, the material will seal joints or cracks to resist the passage of light, heat, cold, air, snow, wind, odor, dust and chemical contaminants. Material has a 30 year life expectancy.  Highly recommended for commercial or residential buildings and their roofs, walls, and window openings. COATINGS

For most commercial roof applications, SEBS rubber coatings are the ideal choice. They can be used on metal, concrete, urethane foam, modified bitumen and non-plasticized single-ply membranes, with outstanding adhesion and a durable bond. If the roof is going to be seen or you simply like it clean, rubber coatings are easy to clean and are also available in a variety of standard and custom colors.  

For roofs in areas with extreme temperature ranges and high UV exposure, Silicone coatings are a great choice. They provide lasting strength and performance, and can be applied over a wide range of surface types. Silicone roof coatings can get dirtier and aren’t as easy to clean, so they may not be best in situations where aesthetics come into play.
