Forty-four men joined up for the 2018 Bonded Building Materials Golf Tournament which was held on September 25 at Pioneer Hills Golf Club in Ballston Spa, NY. During the tournament fundraising is done through a 50/50 drawing and raffle, with this year's proceeds going to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army is a not-for-profit organization that depends on volunteers and the generosity of the American public to perform its mission. The local Salvation Army in Schenectady will use the funds raised to continue services such as feeding nearly 300 people a day and sheltering women and children in their eighteen bed facility.

The John H. Mulroy Civic Center Theaters at The Oncenter is part of a three building convention and entertainment complex in Syracuse, NY. It is home to the Syracuse Opera Company. The Crouse-Hinds Theater, the main theater of the center, contains one of the largest stages in upstate New York and seats 2,117, on three tiers. The other two theaters are the Carrier Theater, with 463 seats, and the Bevard Studio, with 162 seats.

Originally chartered in 1906 as the first postsecondary, two-year college in New York, the State University of New York at Canton is a public, coeducational, residential college located on a spacious campus along the banks of the Grasse River. John Menzer recently joined Bonded Building Materials, Inc. as the WBE (Woman Owned Business Enterprise) Specialist/Consultant. John’s professional background as a previous business owner of two companies, a consultant for several companies, and a controller of a public company, all located in New York State, will enable Bonded to become more active and competitive in the industry, which in turn will be more beneficial to its customers.
For the last 14 years, John was the Business Director for a not-for-profit company in Upstate N.Y. where he doubled the agency's property ownership by working directly with architects, engineers, attorneys, contractors, bankers and municipality employees.
John has worked in conjunction with several N.Y. State agencies which included, OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services), OCFS (Office of Children and Family Services ), OMH (Office of Mental Health), OGS (Office of General Services) & HHAP (Homeless Housing and Assistance Program) . In addition, he worked directly with the HUD office in Buffalo, N.Y. on property acquisitions and rehabilitations through grants that were available.
John attended SUNY Cobleskill College &, Empire State College, and holds an A.A.S. degree in accounting and is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institutes’ Management Development Program.
Plattsburgh International Airport is a county public use airport located in Plattsbugh, a city in Clinton County, NY. The airport is located at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base and has been owned byClinton County since 2002. The airport's massive facilities have been upgraded to civilian aviation standards and the county fully transitioned here from Clinton County Airport as of June 2007, when passenger service began.

Jamestown Armory is a historic National Guard armory building located at Jamestown in Chautauqua County, New York. It was built in 1932 for Company E, 174th Infantry Brigade. It consists of a Tudor Revival-style administration building with an attached drill shed. It is one of 12 extant armory buildings designed by State architect William Haugaard. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
